Been doing some reading on the Russian rout out of the country. It seems the
Turks are allowing them to cross the border and evacuate from Turkey. The Turks
have reached a rapprochement with the Kurds, even if it's temporary. Erdogan is
focusing on getting the Old Regime out, maintaining relations with Russia and
reducing war in the region. At least for now. If the Kurds in Turkey start
acting up, the Turks will be at war again.

The big question though, is if the various rebel groups can reach any kind of
consensus and build a nation that excludes ISIL.
