The NYPD, seeing the deliberate attack on a thick Xmas
crowd in Germany today, says it is upping security
measures in the city. 'Coordinated' attacks are a big
worry, but 'copycats' are a similar concern.

Events in Europe over the past few years have proven
that terrorist fanatics don't NEED giant bombs or
airliners or machine-guns to do a lot of damage.
A Tesla at 130mph or a garbage truck at 60mph can
take out a LOT of people in a camera-grabbing fashion
that inspires more.

German video shows the perp reach a thick mass of
people in a street at very high speed and then he
kept the pedal down for a good quarter mile, his
aim right at the center of the crowd the whole way.
